The Farmers
Brooke and Caleb Anderson, along with their daughters Celia and Evelyn, operate the Road’s End Ranch in Barnum, MN, just 30 minutes south of Duluth. The Andersons grow grass-fed beef, which rotationally graze through their 80 acre farm.
Why do we farm? Because we want to turn underutilized local resources (grasslands) into high quality nutritious food for the community. We want to keep local farms productive and sustainable. Also, we love watching our livestock graze and grow through the seasons.
